DELIVERY

Postage is NOT included in the purchase price of all product on this site.

We aim to have your purchased items delivered/shipped within the timeframes selected on order, however we are not liable for delayed purchases due to courier and external factors beyond our control. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RETURNS

Customers may cancel at any time from the moment the order is placed and up to 14 days from the day you received the goods. If you wish to cancel the order you must send a notification of cancellation by email to the above email address within this period. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the goods and standard delivery costs for their return.

Customers are required to return all cancelled goods within 14 days from the time they have notified us of their cancellation.

Damaged goods:

If a purchased item has arrived damaged, you are entitled to a full refund of said item and standard delivery costs you have paid. If this happens, please email details and a photograph of the damage to the above email address.

Customers will be refunded if they return their faulty good within 30 days of receiving them.
