Artchitecture In Oil Series

The Architecture In Oil Series, comprises a collection of large format oil paintings of famous architectural landscapes and landmarks. This was  created using brush and sometimes pallet knives.

There are 3 sub collections within the series:

·        Impressionist Collection – Detailed, shaded, and expressive.

·        Fragmented Collection – Minimalistic, limited colour pallet.

·        Shadow Collection – Merged, spirit like and ethos orientated.

Architectural scenes are fragmented into their components, with elements represented by selective colour and texture, that flows with the scene.

The objective for this series, is to merge the creative imaginary world, with the real world. To express the ‘spirit’ of architecture, by using the above techniques.
